Can I use 3rd party brands to replace my Campagnolo Hydraulic Caliper becauase I have a post mount bike?

No. You must use the supplied Campagnolo Disc Caliper. If you use a 3rd party brand not only do you run the risk of extremely serious or even fatal injury by tampering with the braking force of the equipment, you will also invalidate your Campagnolo Warranty
